I believe that i would be a great fit for the team lead customer care supervisor role because of my professionalism and I follow through on my commitments. I am also a strategic thinker and i feel that i can support the customer care team both bilingual agents and non bilingual agents to serve them accomplish their job and assist them with any problems/ issues.
