I am an experienced child caretaker who cares about students' learning, as well as their safety and development. Understanding how each childhood development center is different, I am eager to learn how more of them function. My ability to manage behavior and communicate that well with parents, if necessary, is important to me. Having a clean and maintained classroom is crucial to the safety and learning of students. I have cleaned many classrooms and bathrooms while making sure the kids are safe and away from chemicals. Working in an afterschool program opened my eyes to working and creating an inclusive classroom for every student.
