Working in the emergency department I had received several letters written from patients' thanking me for my care and support. I have received several service excellence awards. I also have received previous awards for going above and beyond my goal for collections in a hospital environment. Twice, I collected $20,000 over the expected goal for the year. In this current position, every month I am in the top spot in sending out written orders to physicians office to get signatures for nebulizer medications for patients in need.
