• Attested with CMS (Medicare) and/or MAPIR (Medicaid) in order for eligible providers to receive the initial phase of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds and ultimately be eligible for maximum reimbursement by Medicare and/or Medicaid upon achieving meaningful use
