OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE: (CANDU nuclear power plant) -REACTIVITY MECHANISMS (removal of cobalt-60 rods) through shielding. (radiation protection for personnel). Use of teledosimeters, ring dosimeters.) -Primary system main pumps. • Radiation Protection Officer in various tasks of the Controlled Area, taking care of the radiological safety of people according to the ALARA criteria (keep doses as low as reasonably achievable)
• Management of Alpha, Beta and Gamma contamination monitoring equipment. (Ludlum, exposure meters, etc.)
• Measurement of Tritium by Scintillation in Perkings Elmer equipment - Monitoring of tritium concentration in Reactor Recincts and Services Building.
• HPGe Gamma spectrometry measurement of samples. (management of Canberra Gennie 2000 software).
• Assembly of contamination control areas (tent set up, barriers, signposting, smears).
• Radioactive waste management, control of entry and release of materials from RCA.
• Decontamination (ultrasound and chemicals).
• Certificate of supervised practices.

US Nuclear Power Plant: entry and exit of materials, access control, measurement routines, hot spot mapping, contamination control, assistance to decontamination personnel, assistance to operations personnel, assistance to mechanical maintenance personnel, etc.

ATUCHA2 Nuclear Power Plant (German technology): G. vs. Assistance provided to the GSPC inspection team in loop1 and loop2 (steam generators) in inspection tasks, assistance with main pump seal replacement, assistance to mechanical maintenance personnel in multiple tasks such as mechanical arm (terminator), valves, cleaning of shut-off plugs, assistance to operations personnel, tasks in UJB, UJA, UFA, UKA, contamination control, etc.

Currently a full-time freelance mechanic and real estate project.
