Strategic problem solver and visionary executive with success implementing plans to meet current and future ecofeminist expectations. Key expertise in Human Rights, Gender and Environment Advocacy , Movement-building and coordination of feminist grassroots. Engaged in Women an Gender Constituency and Women´s Major group Coalitions among others.
I started my civil society career founding the Argentine Young Women Association (1989), a feminist advocacy organization ACDH predecessor , with many international relationships. I have participated at Beijing process and Summit as a young representative invited by Unifem.
Later I founded and led first the Social and Political Women’s Institute and later the Citizen Human Rights Association from where I actively worked in the CEDAW and all the international binding treaties monitoring with a feminist perspective. I was one of the promoters in Argentina of the quota law and the advancement of reproductive rights. For fifteen years, I was a member of the Feminist Political Southern Cone Forum (Foro de Feministas Politicas del Cono Sur), sponsored by the Friederich Ebert Foundation) which became the think tank and generator of legislative advances, constitutional reforms and public policies of feminisms in many Latin America countries. I am one of the founders of the National legal, safe and free Abortion Campaing in Argentina and she participate until now.
I was one of the Latin American leaders to feminist organizing around the UN World Conferences on Women (1995-2021) and to numerous civil society efforts at the UN. I has worked closely with regional mechanisms to advance women's rights, especially parity between women and men, sexual and reproductive rights and ecofeminist empowerment. I have participated in ten Latin American and Caribbean Feminist Meetings (1990-2017).

The network operated actively until 2000, promoting quota laws throughout the region, incorporating a gender perspective into public policies and equality plans. It was reactivated on November 24, 2017 in Montevideo (Uruguay) in the framework of the 14th Latin American and Caribbean Feminist Meeting on my initiative.
