I started my civil society career founding the Argentine Young Women Association (1989), a feminist advocacy organization ACDH predecessor , with many international relationships. I have participated at Beijing process and Summit as a young representative invited by Unifem.
Later I founded and led first the Social and Political Women’s Institute and later the Citizen Human Rights Association from where I actively worked in the CEDAW and all the international binding treaties monitoring with a feminist perspective. I was one of the promoters in Argentina of the quota law and the advancement of reproductive rights. For fifteen years, I was a member of the Feminist Political Southern Cone Forum (Foro de Feministas Politicas del Cono Sur), sponsored by the Friederich Ebert Foundation) which became the think tank and generator of legislative advances, constitutional reforms and public policies of feminisms in many Latin America countries. I am one of the founders of the National legal, safe and free Abortion Campaing in Argentina and she participate until now.
I was one of the Latin American leaders to feminist organizing around the UN World Conferences on Women (1995-2021) and to numerous civil society efforts at the UN. I has worked closely with regional mechanisms to advance women's rights, especially parity between women and men, sexual and reproductive rights and ecofeminist empowerment. I have participated in ten Latin American and Caribbean Feminist Meetings (1990-2017).

-Coordinator of the Women Defenders of the Environment and Good Living (Buen Vivir) Network
-Member of the Civil Society Advisory Council Gender Commission at the Argentine Foreign Ministry since 1990 and its coordinator since 2018.
-Member of the Honorary Advisor Council to the Argentinian Women, Gender and Diversity Ministry since 2019.
-Member of the Civil Society Liaison Table at ECLAC and Focal Point for the Southern Cone since 2019.
-Member of the Women’s Major Group at UN and LAC CSW NGO.
- Member of the Women and Gender Constituency at COP.

Member since its creation in San Bernardo (Argentina) in 1990. in the framework of the Latin American and Caribbean Feminist Meeting. The network operated actively until 2000, promoting quota laws throughout the region, incorporating a gender perspective into public policies and equality plans. It was reactivated on November 24, 2017 in Montevideo (Uruguay) in the framework of the 14th Latin American and Caribbean Feminist Meeting on my initiative.
-Southern Cone of Political Women Member since 1990 until its dissolution by extinction of its object in 2005.

I have participated in all pre and post regional and global processes of Río, Viena, Cairo, Beijing and Copenhagen Conferences and beyond.
I participate actively at regional and global level monitoring 2030 Agenda specially SDGs 5, 6, 7, 11 , 13, 15 and 17. Also I participate actively at CSW, CEDAW and HRC meetings as Civil Society in official delegations and have drafted alternative reports. I am also envolved in UCLG- United Cities and Local Governments and in ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability civil society activities
I have given more than 1000 conferences and trainings all over Argentina and abroad.
