Developing a solid understanding of core AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI concepts.
Actively completing relevant enterprise AI learning paths and certifications.
Applying AI tools and techniques to real business scenarios, including automation, insights generation, and productivity enhancement.
Collaborate with global leaders, refining strategic processes, and empowering teams across markets. Ensuring our tools, training programs, and service offerings are effectively adopted and deliver measurable value.
-Work closely with the Service Offering Lead and Service Offering Advisors who are responsible for the overall strategy and goals of the program, helping execute Win Loss reviews and client interviews, and spearheading the education and empowerment of the Sales Excellences Leads and Advisors in their respective markets.
-Manage Win Loss program execution: tracking processes, requests & publications, organizing the monthly NoE agenda and CoE in Action publications.
-Work together with our internal Application Architecture, Analytics and Change Management partners to ensure the processes, tools and training programs are used effectively to drive adoption by leadership and stakeholders
