With a well made track record of hard labor work, I excel the most in more challenging areas physically and even in a fast paced environment. I am dedicated to my work and willing to do anything that is asked of me.
While working at Roundabout Pools I have learned basic plumbing skills to help water run smoothly through the pipes and to keep the pool clean and operational throughout the summer and properly winterized in the winter time. I have also learned to maintain total cleanliness and continue to do so even outside of the professional side of my work. During my time at Roundabout Pools, I have also hauled small trailers to help transport concrete, equipment, and any other valuables to construction sites.
While discharged during boot camp, as a recruit I learned the skills that I use today, even those that aren't technically skills, but development of character. I'm disciplined in the work I do, and care about getting it right the first time, rather then having to do it again. While there I served as a squad leader in my training platoon where I was put in charge of making sure others understood directions and maintain their morale. I also learned how to efficiently assemble and disassemble items, and clean them properly, also performing checks on said equipment. I was also taught life saving efforts, and trust my unused, but well versed skills if the event was to ever occur.
While working at Atwoods as a Loadout, I moved pallets and brought feed out to the floor, helped customers carry heavy objects to their vehicles, helped unload trucks and process what was going out onto the floor, made sure safety was being practiced at all times, stocked shelves, helped customers to their highest satisfaction, and communicated fluently via radio.
In my short period of time working as a painter, I would prepare surfaces for painting by filling cracks and other problems with a caulking gun. I removed fixtures before painting, such as light switch covers and door knobs. And also painted interiors and exteriors of homes in a timely and respectable manner.
While working at the Delta Country Club, my day consisted of sanding golf greens, mowing and maintaining small lawn mowers, trimming trees, and using equipment such as a weed eater, and operating small vehicles such as golf carts and side-by-sides. I also supervised new workers, and would keep the Country Club clean.
