• Inspect and Maintain any machinery inside of the plants contracted to (Converyors,Crushers,Motors,Kilns,Coolers,etc)

• Utilize Blueprints to fit any structures or piping that needs to be completed

• Rig cranes and sky tracks using rigging equipment as needed

• Operated MIG/STICK/FLUX CORE welding machines to fabricate metal components efficiently.
• Interpreted blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise welds and assemblies.
• Inspected finished welds for quality and adherence to industry standards.
• Operate forklift/Skytrack to bring in and take out materials as needed
• Collaborated with team members to improve workflow efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Demolish and clean out any old equipment

•Utilize blueprints to layout and drill new conveyor lines

•Run air lines and any electrical lines FOR conveyors and equipment as needed

• Repair and keep maintenance on an and all equipment with contracts we hold

Utilized arc gouging to extract obsolete toeboards from beer fermentation tank railings.

Fit up and weld 1/4X6” carbon steel plates

• Fit and welded protective Inconel cages for heat exchangers
• Cut, grind, fit and weld any Carbon/Stainless steel piping that was needed
• Root/Fill/Cap piping from 2"-8", and schedule 10-80.

• Shop: Pipe weld 2"-24" pipe, Root fill and Cap, Pipe Bevel
• Cut metal and structural shapes to precise dimensions.
• Performed welding on carbon and stainless steel piping.
• Applied diverse welding methods including MIG, stick, flux core, and TIG for pipe fabrication.
