• My position for Ron's moving and delivering was to pick up heavy objects and pack them onto the moving truck. We wrap and pack everything the customer wanted us to. One time, me and three other employees lifted a 400 pound safe from an upstairs bedroom, talk about secure!

• My position at fuller and sons hardware was to show the customers where to go to find what they were looking for. I also had to lift boxes, along with other tasks my supervisors gave me to complete. I was asked to build a water hose for my boss, I think she was trying to test me but I didn't need any help and completed the challenge, pretty quick too.

• My position at goodwill was a door attendant. it involved grabbing boxes and bags, weighing anywhere from 10-50pounds, taking them to our designated sections and sorting whatever the donation was, After we finished, we had to stack the crates, usually four high and use a dolly to move to the next station.
• Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas.
• Consistently lifted materials weighing as much as 50 pounds.
