Coming back to Wood Motor Company I average over 20 cars a month. Not only selling cars but being perfect in Nissan CSI scores and Chevy connectivity. Also helping with gross, making the customer feel comfortable with finance to help a sale make an overall win for the dealership. With my work I was promoted to sales manager. Before I was promoted we dead last in Chevy connectivity, averaging around 900 CSI score for Nissan. While being a manager I made us number one in Chevy connectivity for 7 months in a row. I helped us win the Award Of Excellence for Nissan making us the 44th best Nissan dealership in the whole Nation. As a sales manager I helped train and be there my best for the salespeople. I also made sure our closing percentage was the best it could be, being 1 number in Wood Motor out of 5 dealers. Also being ranked one of the best in Vinsolutions CRM out of 138 in Q3 and Q4 in 2025. Even switching to Drive Centric CRM we were number one in Wood Motor Company dealers. I believe not trying to be a boss but a leader and teaching from how to do things and not to do things.
