In charge of the complete management of the company's human resources area. Responsible for the entire recruitment process, onboarding, performance evaluation, talent and employee development. Supervision of the payroll department, implementation of benefits and compensation. Handling and negotiation with the labor union, responsible for internal communications, along with overseeing all activities related to benefits and events. Preparation of reports and tracking HR key performance indicators (KPIs).

In charge of absenteeism control, licenses, and legal information of employees. Recruitment and selection. Visiting the company's stores to resolve conflicts and concerns of the staff.
