· Perform inspections at level crossings verifying the existence and type of signalling (active or passive) where the apparent length and width of barrier arms, regulatory colors of barrier arms, operation of lights, bells and barrier mechanisms is observed, operating times, state of shelters/bungalows, state of defenses to prevent distracted entry of pedestrians (Labyrinths or others), visibility of the passage, state of the environments, existence and state of the crossings of San Andrés.

· Perform inspections at interlocking posts in mechanical cabins where updated signal diagrams, numbering indicators, function and sequence of lever pull, mechanical lever play are examined, operation of lever release buttons and other electrical accessories, cleaning, lubrication and general interlock appearance, placement of pins and keyes, condition of electrical locks and general condition of transmission and bolts, signal wires, detection of changes taken from tip and relation to signals.

· Draw up inspections at interlocking stations in electrical cabins where the status of switches and keys is checked, luminous indications and wiring of the table, general condition of the relays (cleaning, contacts), state of the internal wiring, power systems (boards, generators, batteries), spot inspection of electrical changes, signals, track circuits, cabinets, signal phones, etc.

· Checking the status of side signals, route, gear and trap indicators, terminal track bumper signals, operation of locking devices and other communications elements, telephone system, radio systems, audio and recording systems.

· Perform the audit for all workshops that execute the mandatory technical review (RTO) of passengers and cargo vehicles in the territory of the Argentine Republic.

· Monitor maintenance routines at 24 KV/750 VDC Traction Electrical Substations.

· Monitor the maintenance routines of 10, 15 and 40 KVA UPS (MGE SYSTEMS), Battery Bank, and SCD (Short Circuit Devices) located at passenger stations.

· Perform the maintenance of the control boxes of the Motorized Road Sectioners (MOS) and Sectioners under load.

· Perform the necessary insulation level tests (Megger) in the workshop.

· Operate equipment and boards for Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Substations from manufacturers: ABB, SIEMENS, SECHERON.

· Direct the maintenance of the auxiliary elements of the substation (Transformers and Boards). In addition to the charger and battery bank.

· Monitor maintenance routines at the Low Voltage Electrical Substation (480 V/208-120 V).

· Perform maintenance of ABB transformers of: 2500, 1250 and 1000 KVA. In addition to the transfo-rectifier assembly.

· Handling the elements: grounding pole, voltage detectors for DC and AC.

· Direct the maintenance of the Emergency Transfer Switches (ETS) located both in the yard tracks and workshops and in the substations.

· Handle the Siemens Emergency Generator (750 KVA) and ATS for critical low voltage substation loads.

· Record all failure data generated in Electrical Substations.

· Store all measurement data during maintenance routines.

· Analyze and solve all the faults that occur in the substations.

· Develop procedures for the maintenance routines of Electrical Substations.

· Perform the diagnosis of all activities through the Key Performance Indicators.

· Analysis of projects, opening of trusts and modifications of works executed with resources allocated to the Government by funding sources.

· Propose the approval of projects, opening trusts and modifications or generate observations as the case may be, issuing the respective offices to the executing agency.

· Define together with the executing agency liaison the collections to be submitted in response to the comments submitted on the projects, opening of trusts and modifications.

· Record the information pertaining to projects, trusts and modifications, for monitoring and statistical control.

· To advise the implementing agencies' liaisons on the requirements or collection required by the funding sources.
