Responsibilities include, motivating and assigning work to associates while supporting Area Mangers and Operations in daily task while helping manage safety, production, and quality needs of the department to meet businesses needs and ensuring the customer promise.

Responsibilities included training associates throughout the building in different departments including receive dock, pick and ship dock, while also assisting the Learning Team, Process Assistants and Area Managers in daily task.
