Ballers are traveling trainers who bring the heat when it comes to operations, culture, and

team energy. They’re more than trainers — they’re culture-carriers, standard-setters, and

the calm in the chaos. Whether on the clock or off, Ballers represent 7 Brew’s values loud

and proud. A Baller, travels in three-week rotations to launch new stands across different states and build brand-new teams from the ground up. They lead by example, guide and coach new Brewistas and Shift Leads, and create an environment where everyone feels like they belong.

The Manager assumes full responsibility for their location’s growth, profitable operation and the preservation of 7 Brew’s culture, mission statement, and values. The Manager is the leader of their crew and maintains genuine connections with them and the unique nuances of business at their stand(s).

In addition to scheduled shifts, the Manager is expected to coach, train, perform admin duties, and oversee operations.

The NSO Coach is a traveling field consultant responsible for preparing and opening new 7 Brew stands and teams. Coaches deliver hands-on operations and above stand leader training, validate stand readiness, uphold brand standards, and drive swag week and opening performance.
