When I was 18 years old i left home and went to work on the railroad, at the time it was the only thing I wanted was to get away and make money. One friday night at a motel in conneticut I got a phone call from SELCAT training facility said to be at lepanto ar Monday morning to start work. I was a member of the hall 474 in memphis and had recently applied for selcat. I enjoyed the work the people and the money. I was told I was a hard worker by several lineman and was a good fit. After some time at the job in lepanto we had to go to virginia due to issues with the poles in ar. After finishing the job in virginia we was back. Me being young and dum at the time I let it get to me, the conditions, the people... I did not have my priorities straight and was seeing somone close to home. I quit and have regretted it ever since. Entergy has always been my dream job and the trade was a passion. Looking for my second chance!
