I was a plastic molding machine operator which consisted of milk crate molds, cajan platter molds & several others. 3 months of doing that I was promoted by the plant manager to shipping dept. At that point i shipped and recieved all of their finished and raw product while using their brand new scanning system.

We worked as a 3rd party logistics company providing excellent service for Kimberly Clark, which is the only Huggies baby wipe factory in North America. I was the production supervisor & I managed a crew of 30 Lift truck operators. Their job tasks were to keep the production lines clear of finished product & not let the robots back up, or have down time. They also had to keep up with supplying their line with raw materials. I managed these Lto's and made sure they were complying with standard practices while answering their radio at all times. This included assuring the trailer of finished product was counted correctly & had 0 damage. I created work orders for any lift or property damage while filing an incident report. I was required to make sure that all production lines had at least 24hrs of raw materials at hand.
