I was assigned a double homicide that began late in the evening with a burned up vehicle and two dead badly burned bodies. The beginning of the investigation was very slow but through patience and a strong work ethic I was able to locate a potential defendant. I conducted multiple interviews and was  able to zero in a defendant. I needed to conduct several other interviews before I was finally able to obtain an arrest warrant for the defendant. It was very satisfying to see the case finally closed in Circuit Court with a Life without parole guilty verdict.
