• Assess the reading comprehension & vocabulary of students
• Encourage students to find things to read individually to increase reading interests
• Hold individual reading discussions to assess reading levels through software
• Monitor student's progress & provide feedback and support
• Motivate students with accurate feedback and positive reinforcement
• Conduct tutoring sessions in the virtual classroom
