• Control of the preparation and implementation of the Program for reducing and controlling risks of the core activities.
• Control over the preparation and execution of the Cost Optimization Program.
• Control over the preparation and implementation of the Social Protection Program for employees.
• Control of the preparation and protection of financial statements.

• Control of the preparation and conduct of General Meetings of Shareholders and Annual Meetings of Shareholders.
• Organizing and supervising the IT Department of the Institute, including the selection of IT personnel, the purchase of equipment and software, its configuration and commissioning.
• Organization of the Institute’s Procurement Department, including the development of procurement documentation, drawing up an Annual Comprehensive Procurement Program, selection and training of personnel, monitoring of competitive procedures for their compliance with local regulations and legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Development and defense of programs for optimizing the institute’s expenses.
• Development and protection of programs to reduce and control the risks of the institute’s core activities.
• Monitoring implementation of financial indicators established by the business plan.
• Preparation and protection of financial statements in the parent company.
• Control of payment discipline of counterparties.
• Development and control of the implementation of social programs for employees.

• Monitoring the execution of financial indicators established by business plan.
• Preparation and protection of financial statements in the parent company JSC RusHydro.
• Control of payment discipline of counterparties.

• Concluding long-term supply agreements with manufacturers of medical equipment, pharmacological drugs, medical consumables.
• Concluding contracts and supplying medical products to regional medical warehouses, bases, large medical institutions in the regions of the Russian Federation.
• Supply of medical products for government needs to the state reserve “Rosrezerv” on the territory of the Russian Federation.

• Concluding long-term supply agreements with manufacturers of medical equipment, pharmacological drugs, medical consumables.
• Concluding contracts and supplying medical products to regional medical warehouses, bases, large medical institutions in the regions of the Russian Federation.
• Supply of medical products for government needs to the state reserve “Rosrezerv” of the Samara region.
