During my time as a shift supervisor at Starbucks I am proud of my accomplishments and aspire to grow with the company. My most recent time as SSV I was able to accomplish a 43 OTW time during my first morning peak. I have excellent knowledge of positions, slides, and deployments. I love counting and working with numbers so I am extremely confident in my cash handling skills as well as completing inventory counts/orders. I have an eye for detail and am able to tell when the pars are off and can do the math to assist in the corrections. There was one week last fall where the store partners did not feel happy. It was noticeable. I decided to be extremely patient and have heart-to-hearts with each partner and to ease up on the pressure of times. Our customer connection score skyrocketed 11 points in that week. I was also able to steadily increase our cleanliness score when I had taken over closes and clean plays.
