Trained with varies service technicians learning the basic and fundamental everyday routine of being a broiler technician. During this time I got to observe how each technician as well as our broiler manager handled each situation, weather it be cold starting a new farm or learning the basics of ventilation. I took this time to take as many notes as I could to prepare myself to become a broiler technician. I also did things such as pulling blood for a few months as well as covering areas for technicians that were on vacation. Also learned the Goal of a broiler technician to control the cost.

Managed multiple different areas over the two and a half year span I have been a broiler technician. Been given the opportunity to improve lower performing farms, as well as learning the proper skills to do so, such as proper ventilation, good grower relations, and identifying poor farm performance and building the skills to fix the issue. I learned to build grower trust to help ensure confidence in the company and the programs. Try to achieve the everyday goal of tightening the spread on the settlement.
