Not only team effort to working independently on store projects, the main priority, especially as an employee at Kohl’s, are ensuring empathetic customer service, especially when customers call the store, asking if we have a certain product in our store. As an operator switchboard for Harding University, I helped faculty and students by communicating answers to phone calls. This approach allowed me to not only execute tasks promptly but swiftly to accept unexpected changes.
