The deeper an analyst is immersed in the product and business processes, the more valuable insights and recommendations they can produce
Led between one and three analytics teams at different stages — product, marketing, and data analysts. I see my primary goal as providing business recommendations that help improve the company’s product or processes, leading to additional profit. In addition to team management and conducting research, I’m also responsible for strategic planning of key product metrics for several years ahead.
