Led between one and three analytics teams at different stages — product, marketing, and data analysts. I see my primary goal as providing business recommendations that help improve the company’s product or processes, leading to additional profit. In addition to team management and conducting research, I’m also responsible for strategic planning of key product metrics for several years ahead.


Key projects:

  • Intro-lesson-free onboarding. Iteratively tested and launched into production a new order flow that doesn’t require introductory lessons. Result: 45% of users now go through the flow without an intro lesson, saving the company tens of millions of rubles in CAC every month
  • Expansion into other countries. Within six months, through product research, we improved user LTV across multiple regions (LatAm, Asia, Europe) by debugging key customer drop-off points. Result: in core regions, acquired cohorts achieved profitable unit economics
  • New product launches. Full product launch cycle — development of UE and PL, debugging of the marketing funnel, plan–fact analysis of key product metrics, user behavior research, and business recommendations for metric improvement. Result: launched and successfully scaled higher-margin premium products and long-term courses in both kids and adult segments. New products now account for 25–30% of the company’s portfolio, leading to an 8–10 p.p. increase in contribution margin
  • Long-term analysis of customer LTV for internal installment plans. Conducted an analysis of internal installment repayment rates and built a model to determine the optimal mix between bank and internal installments, factoring in the bank rate and bank fees. Result: the company now maintains an optimal sales mix in terms of margin, considering current interest rates — leading to a 1.5 p.p. increase in P&L margin.

Started as a product analyst for the online learning platform.
After a few years, became the lead analyst responsible for all educational products in the adult segment.


Key projects:

  • User segmentation. Developed user segmentation based on platform usage type — geeks, casual users, inactive users, etc. Result: provided differentiated feature recommendations for each user segment, which led to a 3 p.p. increase in retention
  • New lesson interface. Successfully tested the hypothesis that seeing the teacher during the lesson is the most important factor for students. Implemented an interface where half of the screen is occupied by the teacher’s video feed. Result: achieved a statistically significant 4.5 p.p. increase in repeat purchase conversion, with no decrease in average payment amount

Worked as a systems analyst during the implementation of SAP BI, developed a product recommendation system, and analyzed product flow and margin performance across different product categories.


Key projects:

  • Recommendation system. From the analytics side, participated in a team developing an in-house recommendation system for similar products, based on product cards and desired business rules. Result: A/B test showed no significant difference between the external and in-house systems, which allowed the company to discontinue the vendor’s services and save several million rubles annually
  • Reporting automation. Set up direct data extraction from the database, bypassing manual interface exports, which enabled automatic generation of key management reports
