Plan and execute local security strategies throughout risk assessment and mitigation in alignment with the global safety guide, establishing policies and programs that ensure safe working conditions for all associates, while protecting assets. The CSSM position is designated to provide security services to J&J companies. Responsible for the southern cone countries -Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia. The main task of the position is to build and develop regional security strategies through risk management in alignment with global security directorates, establishing policies, programs and procedures that enable the provision of safe working conditions. for employees, who protect assets and contribute to the continuity and growth of the company. 1-Design and execute standardized security strategies, policies, procedures, and programs for companies and business units that operate in alignment with the Global Security, that help mitigate risks, orientation to protect employees and assets. Design and execution of KPIs for the development of Security activities Current 2-Identify significant security risks for develop and implement policies, programs and standardization of electronic systems for companies that operate in line with Global Security to respond to financial losses, crimes against people, sabotage, threats, emergency situations, design and recommend strategies to prevent and reduce the los of the organization's assets. 3-In coordination with Global Security / Brand Protection, carry out investigations regarding cases related to People, Assets, Products To maintain contact with local law enforcement agencies and external security committees. 4-In coordination with Global Security, to implement the Travel Security program for employees and visitors. Develop meeting security programs for annual sales conventions and external meetings to ensure participant safety and to protect Johnson & Johnson assets 5-Develop and implement adequate selection and evaluation programs for on-call services that allow the company to have the best security providers, through permanent monitoring of services, carried out under the responsibility of the Facilities department. 6-Participate in the local Crisis Management Team, coordination, training for crisis management (BCP, simulation exercise table, etc.), and communications through local branches during actual events. 7-In support of business partners, the supply chain in the manufacturing, transportation, distribution and warehousing of Johnson & Johnson products and raw materials to ensure the implementation of Security standards.
