I was hired as a house keeper

My job is to make sure the rooms are cleaned to IGH hotel standards. This includes cleaning the bathrooms, making the beds, stocking the coffee bar and vacuuming the floors.

I’ve also been taught to strip rooms and do the other facilities in the hotel.

I was hired as a cook, mainly working the taco bar.

I was quickly advanced to sauté, in charge of making pastas while also floating back to taco bar if needed

Before I left I was learning the last three positions in the kitchen.

I was promoted to main closer about two months after I was hired

My responsibilities included making sandwiches, cleaning the restaurant for close, counting the drawer and locking the store up at night
