A seasoned law enforcement professional is seeking a role with a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. My aspiration upon graduating with my degree was to pursue a career in law enforcement. I achieved this ambition by becoming a patrol officer with the Jonesboro Police Department. Throughout my tenure at the Jonesboro Police Department, I have been privileged to hold various positions within the organization. Recognized as a self-driven officer, I was given the chance to join the Department's K9 Unit, and subsequently selected to be part of the 2nd Judicial Drug Task Force, where I served as an Agent and gained significant insights into investigations and case development. This experience led to my promotion to the rank of Sergeant, where I now oversee a shift of 15 officers and supervise the department's K9 Unit. My intention in applying for this position is to leverage my skills for a cause that holds great significance to me, and I believe this role provides the opportunity to utilize these skills to their fullest potential and effect meaningful change.
