For the past 3 years I've been working in different restaurants and expanding my knowledge and passion for the culinary life, having a lot of experience in different types of cuisines I have a passion in Asian and french food.
My father runs a small farmstay in Colonia, Uruguay, where he crafts natural cheeses and operates a private dining restaurant. Growing up, I had the privilege of working alongside him, learning the art of cheesemaking and witnessing the magic of creating intimate dining experiences that celebrate local flavors and traditions.
