* Preparation of reports and assistance to the General Manager: exports, local and foreign market sales, production analysis, monitoring and control of daily stock. Reception and loading of orders to the Waldbott Management System.
* Managing the General Manager's agenda. Assistance in meetings. Coordination of trips, meetings.

* Corporate email management. Preparation of presentations for international events. Hiring business activities and gifts.
* Conducting internal surveys on product launches.

* Development and design of product packaging. Attention and monitoring of internal and external market clients,

* Export coordination and link between the Foreign Trade Department and the General Management

* Preparation of foreign trade documents.
* Design of stands and organization of events, fairs, trade missions and tastings. Purchases related to merchandising.
* Presentation of documents before local and foreign authorities: (Senasa, Chancellery, Ministry of Health, INAL, MAPA (Brazil), DIPOA (Brazil), ICA (Colombia), FDA, etc.).
