- Coordinate international trade operations by land, air and sea (imports of machinery and spare parts from Asia, Europe, USA and Mercosur).
- Follow-up of loads, file folders and folders for each load.
- Audit of tariffs, invoices and receipts of foreign trade operations.
- Prepare quotation and purchase orders.
- Control, analysis, loading and reconciliation of import costs in the system.
- Control and verification of shipment compliance, stock, lead times, tracking and KPIs.
- Review of tariff classifications and fund orders.
- Preparation and verification of relevant documentation (Customs / Banks)
- Affidavit of assets and liabilities with A6401 BCRA.
- Organization of data for Cash Flow, projection of merchandise payments and operating expenses.
- Present metrics and reports to management on a monthly basis.
