- Follow-up of loads, file folders and folders for each load.

• Logistics: Prepare monthly budget and purchase orders for the sector.
• Prepare quotation and purchase orders.
• Perform audits, metrics and monthly reports to management.

• Coordinate International Trade operations (Imports from Asia).
• Handle documentation, payment projections and payments to foreign suppliers.
• Control the rate schedule of vouchers received for expenses and services.
• Register invoices, manage dispatches, payment orders and vouchers related to foreign trade.
• Coordinate inland transportation
• CEF assembly and presentation.
• Reconcile the current accounts of foreign suppliers.
• Manage and order stock in the company's 3 warehouses.

• Coordinate international trade operations (raw material imports from Asia, Europe, USA and Mercosur).
• Manage exports of finished products to Mercosur.
• Create price comparisons.
• Negotiate commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Present negotiated conditions with customers to management for the definition of purchases.
