Dependable handyman with experience in handling chemicals, running machinery, drywall installation, household repairs, and most importantly customer service. Known for delivering quality work and managing projects efficiently.
I have performed minor home repairs such as painting or hanging drywall, laying flooring, and small carpentry work. I am also familiar with changing outlets or replacing light fixtures. I am familiar with roofing as well, tearing off and laying architect shingles.
I use my spare time away from my regular job to complete these smaller jobs as I get them so I tend to work weekends and late days to ensure I complete the job to customers' standards.
This job consists of me getting 2-4 other guys ready to go pressure wash, clean and fill cracks in parking lots by laying asphalt or sealcoating, stripe parking lots, and also do maintenance on the vehicles and equipment needed to do such jobs. I have to operate a boom lift, bobcat, and other heavy machinery. Some days we may travel up to 3 hours away to do a job and I am the one in charge of making sure everything goes safely and smoothly as I work alongside my coworkers. I also am the sales rep that goes to new job locations to give bids on the price of the job.
I am assigned to spray the mosquito routes for the pest side of the company I work for consisting of me taking 1-2 guys with me to spray houses/properties under contract for insects outside. We use chemicals daily and spray them from a backpack blower. There are days that I might have to work on other routes and check/spray for termites and/or roaches. We also do house calls for animals loose in crawl spaces or attics setting traps to catch and release them in a nonresidential area.
I did a lot of lawn care such as mowing and weed-eating.
I would tend to flower beds pulling weeds, spraying chemicals. digging as needed, laying stones, and mulching.
I had to operate mowers and tractors in order to do this job.
