Slow Cool -

• Check paper work for uncovers and create uncover sheet.
• Listen to radio, grab tags from heat stamp, annex, or door 1 when asked.
• Watch for heats to be dropped in yard, when dropped take temperature and cover heat woth tarps and chains.
• Write tag for heat including heat number, hours to cover, and cover/uncover date and time.
• Record heat number, tempature, location, time and date covered/to uncover.
