• Daily communication utilizing negotiation skills searching for capacity and freight with Account Managers, Area Service Managers, Brokers, National Account Managers, and Regional Sales Managers.

• Working directly with Customers to ensure smooth service and maintain a healthy working relationship with JB Hunt.

• Responsible for the pricing, booking, billing, collecting, service, and profitability of each and every backhaul load booked and hauled by any DCS truck. Decision-making and analytical skills used to guarantee that every load is evaluated for ensuring that a profit is made for both the company and the customer.

• Weekly calls with Customers, DCS Account Operations staff and DCS Client Managers to ensure we are meeting our Backhaul goals.

From 05/2014-05/2015 i was the Night Operations supervisor at the OK Foods account in Heavener, OK.

From 05/2015-02/2016 i was the second shift Operations Supervisor at the Simmons Foods account in Decatur, AR. During this time I was responsible for:

• Driver management.
• Office organization.
• Customer Service.
• General Maintenance on trucks
• Driver payroll.

• Coordinate orientation details with new drivers.
• Arrange travel (bus and plane), hotel rooms, meals for new driver orientation
• Present pay, benefits, and job descriptions for new drivers.

• Scheduling of potential drivers for orientation
