Accomplishments
With determination to make a name for my self, I have managed to work my way up in both job positions at windstream. In bury drop i worked up to the point of training new hires in other states and showing demonstrations with drop plow to upper management.
In construction i quickly worked up to a lead role with running a crew for fiber builds as well as working emergency tear downs and cut cables.
