As the Head of QA at Fintech Consulting Services, I lead the manual and Automation QA team. I implement and carry out the QA strategy for all products. Validating quality throughout the development cycle, from the assembly of automation frameworks to Smoke testing in prod.

  • Implement 3 Quality gates
  • Being able to detect 80% of the issues in early instances, such as UAT and integration
  • Hire 21 talents between manual QA and QA Automation
  • Based on the budget analysis and the proposed strategy, I put together a solid team
  • I distributed the manual QA within each vertical, with a process defined in Jira, where 100% of the tasks have transparency and traceability with the test cases generated in TestRail. The QA automation team is responsible for approving all the releases that go to production, either by CI or when they fail, requiring a manual review, supporting between 80 and 100 deploys per week
