Summary

Proactive professional with a strong background in improving workflow efficiency and solving complex challenges. Demonstrates a commitment to safety and quality, driving team performance and operational success. I also like to have everyone involved; I'm not a fan of shutting someone's idea down unless it doesn't make sense. I'm a believer that the more the crew understands their job, the more efficient and safe the job will be.
