Dynamic Educator specializing in primary education K-6. As an educator, I strive to create the kind of classroom environment that inspires students to feel safe, valued, and excited to learn each day. I believe great teachers build meaningful relationships with students, encourage confidence, and make learning engaging and personal. Throughout my experience as a preschool teacher, and substitute teacher at lakeside school district, and completing my master’s degree in education at Southern Arkansas University, I have learned how important it is to create a classroom built on structure, encouragement, and emotional support. I plan to use positive classroom management techniques such as building strong foundational skills and uplifting my students to feel confident in learning strategies in and outside of the classroom. I believe that academic growth and social emotional development is very important for my students, so I work hard to make students feel safe, respected, and motivated to succeed. My passion for helping children grow academically and emotionally will develop me into a great educator I know myself to be.
