- My role at Priority1 was to build/create relationships with potential and existing customers that I had already acquired! We attained all business through about 100 phone calls per day throughout the time i was there. It was my job to find my own leads, figure out how to attain their companies freight, and secure it by building the best relationship possible while showing the counterpart our service and skills in the industry. The biggest thing I learned while working there is organizational skills, making 500 phone calls a week, you can easily build a couple thousand qualified leads over the course of a couple months, and to be able to organize and prioritize the correct leads it takes a lot of organizational skill.
