I joined to the firm as a Senior Associate for Deals department, in particular for Capital Markets and Accounts Advisory Services team (CMAAS). I am in charge of two coworkers in order to accomplish the monthly goals for each client. I am responsible to report directly to the US Managers and Directors. Regarding my main projects, they were based on divestitures and acquisitions across the US.

I have been working for this company for almost seven years. I started in Inventory and Exchange department as an inventory accounting analyst working in different teams like proprietary and third party terminals, lubricants and exchange accounting, from February 2016 to December 2019. My main tasks included the following:

• Reconciliation of several terminals and plants.
• Internal Audits for contract plants.
• Closing entries.
• SOX Controls: 4.2/4.20/6.1
• Uploading receipts, sales and adjustments for all plants.

Actualize barge nominations for Marine plants. I would like to highlight that I was able to coordinate a remote migration process from Canada Downstream Accounting to Buenos Aires Shared Service Center in 2017. Including all processes regarding inventory activities from Cardlock plants, Marine plants, Paper plants, proprietary and third party plants and lubricants terminals.

In January 2020, I was promoted to Production and Revenue department as a Revenue Accounting Analyst in order to participate in another remote migration process but for Delaware Permian Basin in USA.

My main tasks included:

• Develop procedures and documentation for migration processes.
• Identify and capture unique processes, distinguish areas of risk and identify main contacts and systems.
• Ensure a smooth transition without major incidents.
• Prepare desk guides for each process. In February 2021, I was involved in a new migration process but in this case for a Chevron new acquisition: Noble Legacy. I had to travel to Houston, Texas in order to perform the all revenue activities which includes:
• Reconciliation of tools and owners accounting variances.
• Ensure properly adjustments between systems: Oracle vs SAP.
• Maintain strong relations and avoid surprises by proactively and appropriately engaging business unit partners.
• Create fluent communication with Noble Legacy and Houston incumbents in order to overcome the barriers that could arise to different cultures.
• Maintain positive working relationships with external partners like royalty owners, third party suppliers and external auditors.

• My main tasks inside the company includes the following:
• Account reconciliation.
• Tax settlement.
• Monitoring Banks and suppliers.
• Purchase and Pay Orders.
• External and Internal Audits.

• I was responsible for reconciling and reviewing all the accounts, making contact and negotiate both with local banks and suppliers, purchase orders generation, billing and monitoring pay orders to avoid stock-out, pricing decisions. Besides, I was responsible to deal with lawyers from AFIP in order to compensate taxes debt.
