As a fleet supervisor at DUCIT, I was responsible for ensuring the operation, productivity and safety of custodians, drivers and vehicles within the value management company, in order to reduce operating times, costs and achieve the objectives of the organization. Likewise, organize the planning of daily activities of availability of personnel and own vehicles or manage the subcontracting of others following the established procedures, having direct contact with the staff with reference to their functions, highlighting compliance with regulations, legal and administrative requirements and security protocols for the fulfillment of the activities.

Control and record the exit and entry of vehicles, check the workload of the fleet and use technological systems to track them. Route verification and monitoring. Attend to incidents and manage staff complaints. Control the necessary documentation and ensure that personnel and vehicles comply with legal regulations. Carry out management control, quality and level of service and report to the person responsible. Train fleet personnel on updates to procedures and standards as well as new hires. Verify that preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles is carried out at a mechanical and technical level.

Lead the project of modernization of military aviation communications systems , Tender, technical stage, tactical communications and fiber-optic interconnection, accompaniment and inspection of installation and execution of equipment in testing stage. Supervision, inspection, execution and implementation of the project of the National Telecommunications Commission in the installation of the communications network in inhospitable sites and border between southern Venezuela and Brazil and Colombia.

Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities related to the maintenance of air navigation systems and equipment and facilities. Ensure equipment is in optimal working condition, minimizing disruptions to air operations and maximizing efficiency and safety in the workplace. Participation in the tender of the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics, Leader of the project of modernization of the aeronautical communications and radio navigation systems, technical feasibility, investment cost and contracting terms of the companies, monitoring, execution schedule, inspections and start-up. Manage and lead the work team under his/her charge. This involves assigning tasks, monitoring performance, fostering professional development, and maintaining effective communication with team members.

Coordinate, control and follow up on inter-institutional agreements on technological development issues, facilitate communication and collaboration between departments, teams or organizations. It will serve as a bridge, connecting and coordinating efforts to ensure smooth operation and decision-making.
