• Main tasks:
• Rewrite the application with flask, while keeping the previous database.
• Build the testing pipeline and suite, Gitlab for CI.
• Fully committed to the principles of the Agile, with constant communication and delivery of value.
• My biggest achievement was the extensive testing. Given the large number of screens and user stories supported, and how critical the software is for the functioning of NDA, the application has an extensive test suite that is run constantly and assures that no bugs reach the users. In this case the client had some experience working with agile methodologies, we established a workflow that was very pleasant for all parties involved.

• Project: zoniamusic.com (Latitud) Music streaming platform that allows fans to contribute to artists through an innovative monetization model.

• Cultivating a kind work relationship with my client.
• Real-world mindset. The startup achieved pre-seed VC fund backing, and are currently growing their music-loving user base while using this app with few changes.
