Responded to patient phone calls and my chart messages, in a very busy clinic, in a timely manner, answering questions or forwarding them to providers for best practice decisions.

• Contributed innovative ideas and solutions to enhance patient outcomes. Improved patient wait times, and changed scheduling to include a late nurse to reduce overtime for multiple nurses at the end of the day.
• Obtained Lactation Specialist Certification in order to provide patient education in the clinic.
• Led nursing staff in three separate women's health clinics, encouraging promotions to RN IV and certification in specialty.

• Led nursing staff in inpatient care following kidney and liver transplant, as well as other surgical and overflow BMT patients.
• I participated in leadership initiatives led by the CNO.

• Participated in the weekly transplant conference, reporting to the nursing staff.
