Over saw all grocery, fresh and consumable areas. In charge of hiring, training, and scheduling over 100 associates. Did monthly, quarterly, and yearly P&L reviews with upper management and was MOD while store manager was away.

Was in charge of hiring and training for all the areas I covered. Did the monthly inventory in the fresh areas. Had monthly, quarterly, and yearly P&L meeting with upper management. Oversaw the scheduling of over 100 associates.

Was in charge of hiring and training kitchen staff from cooks to dish washers. In charge of ordering food and supplies weekly. Also did scheduling for kitchen and wait staff.

Mowed, weedeated, trimmed bushes, tree work, pressure washed, bush hugged, land clearing. Did residential landscaping.
