Compliance & Hazard Inspections: Conduct daily facility and grounds compliance audits, identifying and mitigating safety hazards, clearing egress/ingress routes, and ensuring property standards align with safety regulations.

Access Control & Asset Protection: Enforce strict access control protocols across course perimeters and facility entry points; monitor and assess visitor behavior to maintain a secure environment and prevent unauthorized entry.

Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate and document property damage, security breaches, or policy violations on the grounds, providing detailed verbal and written reports to management.

Equipment & Fleet Security: Manage the secure staging, tracking, and post-shift lockdown of high-value fleet vehicles and operational equipment to prevent theft, loss, or vandalism.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with facility management, local law enforcement, and emergency services during on-site incidents to ensure seamless, tactical responses to life-safety events.
