As a paraprofessional, my primary responsibilities may include assisting teachers in planning and implementing educational activities, providing individualized support to children, and fostering an inclusive atmosphere. This role is vital because young children often require extra guidance and encouragement to thrive in their early learning experiences. From my understanding, paraprofessionals also assist in managing classroom behavior, facilitating communication between students and teachers, and occasionally engaging with parents to support the child's development.
