I work with customers on a daily basis. Greeting them with a positive and informative attitude. I handle customers complaints, truck orders, bank runs, and marketing. I help in the back with re-baking, customer orders, and making sure we have enough product for the day. I'm also in charge of keeping up with important paperwork like employee information, client information, and product inventory.
I started as a cook and within a year became manger making me proficient in all positions (cook, carhop, bagging station, and floating). I'd handle money in the drawer and in carhop change, while also handling new cards, clothes, and discounts. I worked with all customer complaints (in person and over the phone). Often working with computers to make chore lists, schedules, and inventory forms with documents like Microsoft word, excel, and sheets.
