My job as a maintenance crew member consisted of painting the living units, plumbing, fixing toilets, fixing light fixtures, mowing keeping the grounds clean and looking good, fixing doors and putting new ones up if necessary, making sure that our equipment was well inspected and ready to use at anytime, I stripped and waxed floors whenever it was needed, pressure washing the the buildings making sure they were clean and presentable, gardening, fixing holes in the walls, and putting guard rails up over the campus

• Collaborated with team members to complete maintenance projects efficiently.
• Trained new crew members on safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Replaced light bulbs in ceiling fixtures and lamps throughout the facility.
