- I led the development of IoT devices that were deployed in production for use in an AI-driven platform for the retail industry. These devices were developed in less than 12 months — a record time for the company — and were continually refined and improved over time, achieving increasingly professional quality standards while also reducing manufacturing and implementation costs.
- As the leader of the department, I managed over five simultaneous projects, with two under the direct supervision of two developers, two entirely under my own responsibility, and one developed from scratch in collaboration with area leaders in computer vision, image processing, and AI for metric development.
- In my role, I also played a key position for the company by building strategic relationships with other organizations, collaborating with both the commercial and engineering departments to establish strategic partnerships with global companies such as Oracle, NVIDIA, and Texas Instruments , as well as local industry leaders like Carrefour and Arneg .
- Starting in 2023, I also took on responsibilities as a Project Manager , coordinating the AI development team and overseeing task planning, progress tracking, and interdepartmental communication. For this, I utilized Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket to optimize workflows and ensure alignment between hardware, software, and AI divisions.
- I developed IoT systems designed under the concept of edge computing for applications based on platforms such as ARM and Xtensa, utilizing Linux optimized for embedded systems.
- I focused on supervising projects and improving internal processes to ensure better deployment to production and subsequent scalability.
