As a Google Crisis Response Subject Matter Expert (SME), I track data obtained through Google's own tools to generate alerts for environmental and social crises on various company platforms.
I collect data on potential environmental and social crises that may be of interest to the project. Using the company's proprietary tools, I execute various procedures to generate effective alerts for populations affected by different types of environmental or social incidents.
Part of my job also involves verifying, managing, and monitoring various internal metrics that ensure the project's quality; generating internal documents and reports for other SMEs to facilitate team development. Finally, I maintain constant communication with stakeholders to provide support and address any doubts throughout the different stages of work.
As a POC (Point of Contact), I undertook activities related to the evaluation of quality processes for an internal Google product called Hot Events. Among my activities, the constant communication with the Product Owner in the United States stands out, with whom I verified quality metrics. On the other hand, I also organized the project's quality analyst team, providing them assistance and conveying information about changes in work processes or guidelines required by the Product Owner.
As an Independent Quality Auditor for Google products (Play Store and GPay/Google Wallet), I conducted ongoing evaluations of various workflow processes for agents engaged in direct communication with customers to ensure that all quality protocols are followed correctly. In addition to this, I also created supporting documentation to facilitate the improvement of this workflow process.
