• Currently designing and delivering AI training programs and supporting organizations in adopting an “AI Mindset”, helping leaders and teams understand how to integrate artificial intelligence into their culture, decision-making, and innovation processes.
• Led leadership transformation initiatives in the banking and financial sectors, using Management 3.0 principles to strengthen adaptive leadership and engagement.
• Designed and implemented internal consultant development programs across multiple Latin American companies, enabling local teams to manage continuous improvement and lead change from within.
• Guided agile adoption processes across diverse industries (technology, retail, manufacturing, and services), helping organizations integrate agility into their culture and operations.
• Developed proprietary frameworks and models for managing organizational change, inspired by ADKAR, Lean Change Management, Systems Thinking, the Art of Hosting, and Design Thinking, tailored to each client’s context and maturity level.
• Facilitated large-scale change programs, including training over 1,800 leaders and 730 change agents across LATAM, promoting experimentation, empowerment, and systemic awareness.
